Only 1 cup flour to 4 eggs, 1 can sweetened condensed milk and half stick of butter? Sounds short on flour.

I thought so, too, but I have 2 recipes the same, only difference is second one uses less baking powder (which is why it looks denser and a little sunken in the middle).

The second one only has 1/2 tsp baking powder. Two comments are complaining the cake is too rubbery on the 2nd one. You can check comments at link on 2nd one, don't know if there are any on first one.

I will try the first one the way it says.

There are pictures at links. Yummy.

I find lots of good recipes by googling for images then checking those out. I always save the recipe along with a photo I like best in an .rtfd file (text plus photos).

My daughter hates to cook but was here when I posted about it and saw the picture. She's crazy for pound cake so had me email her the recipe and is eager to try it.
