The presiding officer is going to recommend an Article 15 punishment??? LOL, I got one of those for missing a formation I wasn’t informed about. I was restricted to quarters for the weekend. (The XO on Friday evening, gave me my pass and told me to get back before midnight on Sunday. I would have done the same for him had it been reversed.) Sounds like something going on behind the scenes in the political quarter.
