A natural-born moron.
Hey, why not? In addition to being a bomb-throwing liberal, Alan Graysonâs pedigree is as a trial lawyer. Suing because heâs mad about something seems pretty natural for a guy like that. And since Democrats have treated the last three congressional elections as largely illegitimate - favoring executive actions by Obama to get around the âobstructionistâ yet duly elected majorities - why not seek a way to throw out the election of a Republican president?
Especially delicious, of course, is that this is all based on the birther nonsense that they find appalling when itâs aimed at Obama, but canât embrace quickly enough when Ted Cruz is the issue:
After the Dems tied up the 2000 election with the endless Florida recounts, I’m not surprised.
He should run himself. He’d fit right in.
Wonât get anywhere. No standing.
I want Cruz still, but the one big thing I would like Trump for, is I believe he is the only person on earth that would have big enough balls to fully open all of Obama’s sealed records
Come on man,
Supremes allowed this mookabooken Kenyan poser to be pres.
Alan Grayson?
Yes. I remember him. He is an antagonistic leftist loon.
Why? Why would the dumbazz sue? Don’t the GOPe and the ‘rats have this thing going on, where they don’t really go after each others’ top politicians in any meaningful way? After all, did the GOP e squawk about the Kenyan and do anything about him? Shillary doesn’t count, that’s going nowhere, and at least half of her own party doesn’t like her anyway. I must say, here’s another instance of ‘rat hypocrisy-the GOPe plays the game according to the rules they and the ‘rats have set up, but the ‘rats are constantly breaking the rules by going after GOPe politicians. Or maybe just really conservtive ones, in which case the GOPe throws them a bone now and then.
HEY, Grayson is one we can legitimately ask “Have you stopped beating your wife?”
What would be the basis of his suit anyway? “Natural-born” has come to have a very broad meaning in common usage, but the point in question has NEVER been ruled upon by the Supreme Court. It has been accepted for well over 150 years, and is sort of supported in the 14th Amendment, that there is a right of citizenship through a doctrine called “Jus Soli”, citizenship granted based on physical presence in the territory of the United States at time of birth. Jus Sanguinis is a principle of nationality law by which citizenship is not determined by place of birth but by having one or both parents who are citizens of the state.
Both are accepted as definitions of “natural born” in the United States.
And “natural born” specifically applies ONLY to the office of the President of the United States.
It is extremely important that the fraud perpetrated by the mainstream media in not vetting Obama is exposed. Obama has caused incalculable damage.
I admit it, I had no idea who Alan Grayson is. Went to Wikipedia to look him up and I’ve concluded the guy is certifiably batshit crazy. As if you needed anything more, his kids are named Skye, Stone, Star, Sage and Storm. How utterly new age...
I lived on a street of a purpose built steel town in 1955 and one family had named their kids named Storm, Star, and Sky. Proto-hippies, I guess.
He has no standing because he’s not a sentient being.
He can sue all he wants but the justice department will be Cruz’s. And since Obutthole made the feds the enforcement arm of the party in power...suck it up buttercup!
Me neither.
When Barack Obama was still a US Senator his literary agent was using this bio:
And this:

While some quickly dismissed as an anomaly yesterday's explosive revelation that Barack Obama's former literary agency billed him as "born in Kenya" back in 1991 in connection with a book he never wrote, WND has discovered much later published references - some dated as recently as 2007 - used to promote his highly touted book "Dreams from My Father."
The “birther” movement is bi partisan!/s
