You are correct. It’s because Obama is supposed to deliver the U.S. as part of the caliphate. That is his mission, and somebody has him by the short hairs. What we get when we elect a muslim as president of a Christian country.
It wasn't legislated by Congress, so I don't think there's a case for that. But by choosing to extent legal protection to followers of one particular religion that they deny people who are not they're clearly in violation of the equal protection clause, IMHO.
