It appears that when those black lives happen to be in Angola, their lives matter less than a paycheck from a dictator.

I don't think this is as inconsistent as it appears. People like Minaj and her handlers seem to genuinely believe that black people are better off under the absolute rule of a dictator. Their financial and personal support for the advancement of dictatorship in the United States, particularly for black-majority areas, is evidence of this.

Thus, a paycheck from the government of Angola is no different from a paycheck from the city of Chicago or the Democrat National Convention.

...and they don’t mind it one bit when black people kill black people. Rap music was built on that phenomenon.
