Honestly, as a movie, the original Ten Commandments is a terrific bore. Almost 4 hours. I’d actually worry about a kid who could watch that straight through.
No gumption, no ambition. No desire to get outside and play.
I didn’t find it a bore when I was a kid. I loved it. But, I show it as we begin the unit in Bible on the Mosaic Covenant. Good introduction.
