Cruz is a huge, big time lawyer.
I don’t think it was an accident.
Nor do I think Hillary’s mishandling of classified paperwork was an accident.
So, in terms of national security, Hillary’s was worse.
But, in terms of obfuscation, they are the same.
Having attend a few years of law school, I know that law is a profession with many specialities. Being an expert in Constitutional Law and a state Prosecutor does not make one an expert in the intricacies of campaign finance law. If Cruz did not hire a campaign finance law expert than I am not surprised that a paperwork mistake was made.
What I am saying is being a good lawyer does not make one a campaign finance expert anymore than you can expect your good general practitioner doctor to be an expert brain surgeon like Dr. Carson.
