Karl Rove said Donald Trump should be "worried" because he has hit his peak and he is on the decline. Rove points to Trump hitting 38% in the RealClearPolitics average earlier, while the frontrunner is currently only at 34%.
"Remember, he peaks on February 11th at 38% in the RealClearPolitics average. If you took out the undecideds he was at 40 percent. And today he is going to be 34%. He's declining and not rising. If I were him I'd be worried," Rove said Saturday night after the primary was called for Trump....

Outstanding.
Saying he’s on his way out ad nauseum since day one still hasn’t proven out.
Lolololololololololol
Trump fell for the Rove trap and went after the wrong candidate.
hy is anyone citing Rove any more?
Rubio gets the GOP voters who vote with their vagina. Men and women. But does he have a plan other then a third term of Obola? No leader is going to take boy president seriously. No Congress is going to knuckle under to him.
The poor boy is using anti-antiperspirant on his face to slow the waterfall and peeing through a catheter to just get him through a political speech. Out of Bush’s shadow, he is going to look like a lost child at the circus.
I laugh when he opens his mouth.
I agree
The architect, funny
Go back under your rock Karl.
Proven loser.
I don’t know if Trump has peaked, but I do know that this campaign is about to get REALLY nasty. You ain’t seen nothing up to now. The GOPe hate Trump and Cruz, but have been hoping The Donald would shoot himself in the foot & take himself out by now. The lamestream media loves Trump for the ratings, but as the race tightens up they’re going to drag out every bad or goofy thing Trump has ever done. The GOPe will continue to look for ways to sabotage Cruz, hoping for Rubio or Kasich to move to the top. Of course, the MSM never has liked Cruz, since he’s one of the few with enough balls to call out Obama at every opportunity. Whatever support YEB had will probably go to Kasich at this point.
Just what has this has been done lately? He has lived long enough on a reputation of too long ago. Time for him to retire and take his white tablet with him.
GA is and has been all in for Trump. Alabama also. I think the only question mark might possibly be Arkansas. I have not seen a poll from there in awhile.
Rove was wrong in 2006 and cost the GOP the House and the Senate.
Trump unperformed 2 out of 15 SC polls. Hardly anything to get excited about if you are an honest, as opposed to a Rove style, political analysis
A large number of voters who elect the President are cross over Dems and Indys. You don’t win preaching to the choir loft.
Bad new for Team Cruz, he did not even carry the Evangelical vote in SC
It is a lot more pronounced in open primary states. Why do they even have separate primaries? Save the money, and just have one- that’s basically what’s happening. I think LA actually does something like that. It is called a jungle primary.

I know. tough to deal with the real world with real facts rather then just cling to the bubble world rationalization about why the guy you hate so bad won.
MNJohnnie, I think you underestimate the effect of tens of millions of dollars worth of negative ads coming from many directions and a misleading narrative specifically from the Cruz camp. I am shocked actually that the race didn’the end up much closer. I thought that it was very likely that we would end in basically a three way tie similar to Iowa.
But you are correct that the contest is far from over and the toughest days are probably still ahead. A brokered convention seems like a real possibility along with Cruz and Trump reaching some type of compromise. So it is probably best if we all try to temper our exuberance.
I am sorry I reread your post and realize that I misunderstood the point you were making.
Yeah you’re right. I want to get Trump and Cruz alone. Let this run its coarse. Cry booya or lick my wounds for a day or two. Then support whoever wins. The good news is the next election there won’t be much eating of our own. I hope. As for Carl, speaking of peaked. I really don’t like him. He is as right to me as my kids see my taste in clothes. Besides, Trump can take it.
