The official U.S. Visa Service for foreign citizens website, to help them travel to the United States, is surprisingly not part of a government Internet domain. Apparently this service has been outsourced by the US government to another firm, possible Computer Sciences Corporation.
It really is the official US visa site, though, and a number of US embassy and consulate webpages point there. This one says explicitly that it is "the ONLY authorized website for the payment of visa fees."
The reason this is interesting is the page from this official visa site that offers individuals to choose which country they are from:
Three of the entries don't have flags associated with them.
Two aren't even a country, but two cities without any apparent link to any country.
It is offensive enough to have the US not identify Jerusalem - any of Jerusalem - as being inside Israel.
But Tel Aviv?

An under-educated group who are too stupid, on the whole, to realize that they simply tools for a crafty class of Radical Leftist people bent on the destruction of a good and wholesome society.

WRONG! it is an offense against every American! But sadly, it will not be corrected until President Trump takes office. I just hope that unlike the ball-less GOPe, that Trump prosecutes everyone responsible from top to bottom, and removes those who have perpetuated these criminal acts from their jobs. We need to have a huge number of unemployed and/or in-jail group of former government “employees” when he gives Washington a huge enema.
Given government inertia, which is as massive as our government has become, I suspect, but cannot definitely prove, that this is actually pre-Obama in origin...

Not sure about that, but a couple years ago the Obama Administration quit processing visas for Israelis to visit the US, and stopped services for American citizens. It was announced as a halt due to the “security situation”, but it was really just bureaucratic harassment.
No other US visa and citizen services have been halted in recent years except in Syria.
