Malzberg Nails It – Krauthammer and Cruz Should be Ashamed….
Conservative Treehouse ^ | March 14 2016 | Sundance

Posted on 03/14/2016 8:26:59 PM PDT by Whenifhow

Just watch. Steve Malzberg nails this commentary 100%, and provides audio visual substance to back it up.

His comments are about the left planning protests for the rally in Chicago.

He provides video clips of Reagan's encounters with protestors.

Krauthammer looked like a punk on O’Reilly tonight. He couldn’t stop attacking Trump, saying Trump should have “condemned” a 78 yr-old man. Trump derangement syndrome grips the establishment.

I was DISGUSTED with Krauthammer tonight on O’Reilly. His face was almost contorted with hate. His commentary of Sarah Palin was so nasty - 100% sneering sarcasm about her being a breath of fresh air. I’m not a huge fan of Palin’s ways, but I don’t dislike her.

It was clear that Krauthammer feels he’s so superior to middle America that he can barely stand it.

Nice tape, ought to be watched by anyone who says things are different now, more violence, and that the candidates ought to be gentlemanly and reasoned, presidential, like Reagan.

There are severe laws on the books that make what happened to Trump in Chicago and other places illegal. See #1 below. Then, there are severe laws for those involved in conspiracies against political events. So some rectums sitting in front of their computers organizing and ordering actions like what happen to Trump last week could find themselves facing severe fines and jail time. See #2 below.

#1:

For one thing, the law makes it easier for the government to criminalize protest. Period. It is a federal offense, punishable by up to 10 years in prison to protest anywhere the Secret Service might be guarding someone. For another, it’s almost impossible to predict what constitutes “disorderly or disruptive conduct” or what sorts of conduct authorities deem to “impede or disrupt the orderly conduct of Government business or official functions.”

#2: There is another interesting Code/law that applies the conspiracy/violation of peaceful assembly and free speech.

18 U.S. Code § 241 - Conspiracy against rights If two or more persons conspire to injure, oppress, threaten, or intimidate any person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District in the free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege secured to him by the Constitution or laws of the United States, or because of his having so exercised the same; .... They shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and if death results from the acts committed in violation of this section or if such acts include kidnapping or an attempt to kidnap, aggravated sexual abuse or an attempt to commit aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to kill, they shall be fined under this title or imprisoned for any term of years or for life, or both, or may be sentenced to death.

(June 25, 1948, ch. 645, 62 Stat. 696; Pub. L. 90–284, title I, § 103(a), Apr. 11, 1968, 82 Stat. 75; Pub. L. 100–690, title VII, § 7018(a), (b)(1), Nov. 18, 1988, 102 Stat. 4396; Pub. L. 103–322, title VI, § 60006(a), title XXXII, §§ 320103(a), 320201(a), title XXXIII, § 330016(1)(L), Sept. 13, 1994, 108 Stat. 1970, 2109, 2113, 2147; Pub. L. 104–294, title VI, §§ 604(b)(14)(A), 607(a), Oct. 11, 1996, 110 Stat. 3507, 3511.)

And it would be up to the Obama administration whether or not to prosecute.

Krauthammer is a Sea Island Republican following the orders of those paying him.

The powers that be are scared of we the people. They orchestrated the protests against Trump and incited the violence.

What is the statute of limitations? Perhaps President Trump’s DOJ can investigate all the connected leftist groups.

No idea on the statute of limitations, but if Trump wins, the general population won't want to see him pursuing vengeance.

>>Sea Island Republican<<

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

The organizer (or at least the host) of the Sea Island conspiracy was The American Enterprise Institute for Public Policy Research — a 501(c)(3) under IRS rules, an organization exempt from U.S. taxation.

Million-dollar corporate contributions to AEI are tax-deductible.

Pat Buchanan points out that their TAX EXEMPT STATUS SHOULD BE REVOKED FOR THIS OUTRAGE.

Go Pat!

Yep, when Trump is sworn in and someone like Christy becomes his AG. His job beside nailing Clinton’s big butt to the barn door would be to go after those who illegally intererred with our rights.

Probably 5-7 years.

No problem when President Trump’s AG goes after them next January.

A lot of these thugs might be headed to Cuba or some place where we can’t have them sent back for their trials.
