Nothing more than raising taxes on the gullible crowd.

I was thinking the same thing. A tax increase on the increased price of the product itself then an increase in state income tax of the employee.

The majority of fast food joins make $2.5 million in revenue or less. Many result in $40,000-$80,000 for the owner in profit. This sucks more than that from them, making the establishment a loss.

Here is last years highest grossing restaurants. The number is the average revenue per store. CFA is highest at $3 million per store. That’s it. Not a bazillion dollars or some magical number of massive revenue.

I’m just pointing out that fast food restaurants that have a commitment seem to have long lines of customers. And it is not axiomatic that a rise in the minimum wage will lead to automation that eliminates employees.
