Of all the despicable moves a politician can make, raising the minimum wage is the worst. Why? What does this cost the politician? Nothing. Making payroll is not his problem. The politician expects all the credit and all the adulation, but never has to worry about the consequences. I detest politicians who vote for this kind of crap.

A lot of California is rural. Think of the family living in a rural area that has to drive 20 minutes to the nearest grocery store. Well, guess what? That grocery store is going to close and now it’s going to be an hour drive to a bigger town. Thanks for screwing over all those people so you can feel good about yourselves, liberals!

More and more restaurant chains have touchscreen ordering. You never see a server until they bring your food and drinks to you.

These silly laws are going to guarantee that this is an industry wide practice in the future.

But then I guess Gov. Moonbeam will enact a law outlawing such practices.

The majority of fast food joins make $2.5 million in revenue or less. Many result in $40,000-$80,000 for the owner in profit. This sucks more than that from them, making the establishment a loss.

Here is last years highest grossing restaurants. The number is the average revenue per store. CFA is highest at $3 million per store. That’s it. Not a bazillion dollars or some magical number of massive revenue.
