My thought is, let’s repeal every damn one of the amendments passed in the 20th Century. Then maybe, just maybe revisit one or two, but send the other 10 or 11 to the dustbin of history. Or the outhouse of history.
Between 1791 and 1913, there were 15 amendments to the Constitution, including the Bill of Rights.
The unholy 20th Century added 12 more. That “enlightened Progressive” century produced more damage to this Republic than even the Civil War did.
