and the fraud is what will be charged as a criminal act at some point.
he may not be qualified to sit in the Senate legally and may be expelled.
he may be forcibly expatriated to his nation of birth to avoid charges..
this could get real ugly, or be quietly put away...
but I think not.
The dems will use ted to freeze frame the pubbie party as frauds just as bad as hillary or worse... and all hell will break loose.
