If you sign under oath that you are something that you know you are not, that sir is fraud
and the fraud is what will be charged as a criminal act at some point.
he may not be qualified to sit in the Senate legally and may be expelled.
he may be forcibly expatriated to his nation of birth to avoid charges..
this could get real ugly, or be quietly put away...
but I think not.
