Looking at the bills presented in Congress concerning natural born citizen, though not passed, will give you a perfect example of who is not a natural born citizen.
They wouldn't need to change/add something if was already in place.

The most despondent thing of the matter is this, that by Ted’s own assertions as recent as 2012, he is on record that NBC means “2 Citizen parents, on USA soil. Period.”

It does not give me pause. As a liberal, Congressman Alexander was no expert on the constitution. HR 1380 was never enacted. It is irrelevant and is not a source of law. Your claims are logical but certainly not controlling in any way.
