Secretary of State has a ministerial duty. Probably a necessary first step before going to court.
I have been in contact with a retired colonel, US Army Reserves, now a Ph.D. and they are all over this, and I am pleased to see someone had their thinking cap on so to be able to be a ‘write in’ on the SD ballot as that is not an easy privilege to get in our state. The case is ripe and the person has standing, yes, this could get very interesting this go around.
