Rob is our resident Catholic, so I defer to him on matters of Catholic doctrine. But from the looks of things I know a lot more about it than self-identified Catholic Barbara Boxer - whose real religion appears to be global warming. Or should I say, the massively expanded and empowered government we’ll get if only people stop questioning the left-wing orthodoxy on things like global warming, which demands that all debate stop immediately and that government be given whatever it wants so it can do something, whatever that something might be.

The government needs to be voted into becoming much smaller. Then most of the country’s problems vanish.
To be a liberal today, you have to be certain global warming is settled science but be uncertain as to what bathroom you should use.

Ridicule is the best way to confront this anthropogenic global warming religion meant to seize political and economic control for marxist interests.
I had some 20 dollar Al Gore Carbon Credits that I had photocopied. Same size and initial appearance as a 20 dollar bill. When I was out in California a while back and this global warming topic would come up, I would offer to explain it to those interested.
I would ask who had a twenty in their wallet or purse. I would exchange them for Carbon Credit 20s. I would then explain that they now felt much better about themselves because the had been taught that way by corrupt media, AND I, Al Gore, felt much better about myself because I had their 20 dollar bills.
