What is it about Democrat Senators from Delaware? First, the state gave us Joe Biden. If we sat here trying list Crazy Uncle Joe’s near-endless array of gaffes, embarrassments, and kooky claims we’d be here until the sun went supernova and engulfed the planet.
“The First State” also gave us Senator Tom Carper. He was asked to introduce presidential candidate Hillary Clinton at a rally today.
As you may know, one of the biggest knocks against Mrs. Clinton is the widespread belief that she’s an untrustworthy, money-grubbing sell out who’s willing to skirt the law and offer influence in exchange for cold hard cash.
Shocking it is a tax free state.

Anyway, this was probably the most head-scratching candidate introduction of the entire campaign. I watched the video of this and the audience were basically rendered speechless. There is no context whatsoever that would link Shrillary with somebody that "works hard for her money."
Works hard for what money? The 30 minute empty speeches for $250,000 that she and Bill often gave to launder their bribes? Cattle futures? The ghostwritten books about Socks the Cat?
The congressman (or was it senator) giving the introduction was just so flat, so uninspiring, as he tried to get the audience to sing along - or rather mumble along.
