Hillary Clinton has been caught lying dead to rights. We've watched for the last couple of years as her email story has come undone piece by piece.
Clinton’s stories continue to evolve. In 2007 having a secret email account was “shredding the Constitution.” Back on March 10 of last year, there was no classified information on her server:She instructed her aides to change the markings on her emails. Most importantly, she lied through her teeth, and these are not little white lies. They're YUGE. From the AP:“I did not email any classified material to anyone on my email; there is no classified material.”
Until there was. More than 1300 of them. Then her pleadings changed.
“I am confident that I never sent nor received any information that was classified at the time it was sent and received.”
She couldn’t remember how many devices she actually used.
18 emails were exchanged between Obama and Clinton but he only learned of that from the media.

According to top State Department officials interviewed for the investigation, the departments that oversee security "did not — and would not — approve" her use of a personal account because of security concerns.
Clinton has changed her account since the report came out. On Thursday, she told CNN "I thought it was allowed. I knew past secretaries of state used personal email."
Colin Powell was the only secretary of state who used personal email for work, but not to the extent she did, and he did not use a private server.

THE REPORT: According to the findings, it's unclear how widespread knowledge was about Clinton's use of a personal account. Though Clinton's use of a private email was discussed with some in her agency, senior department officials who worked for her, including the undersecretary responsible for security, said they were not asked to approve or review the use of her private server.
The officials also said they were "unaware of the scope or extent" of her email practices, even though Clinton exchanged hundreds of thousands of messages with people in government from her personal account.

CLINTON: "In the fall, I think it was October of last year (2014), the State Department sent a letter to previous secretaries of state asking for help with their record-keeping, in part because of the technical problems that they knew they had to deal with. And they asked that we, all of us, go through our e-mails to determine what was work-related and to provide that for them." — NBC News, September.
THE REPORT: While it's true that the State Department requested records from former secretaries of state in November 2014, the report says the department raised concerns about Clinton's compliance with federal record-keeping laws years earlier, and the attention did not appear welcome.
Two employees in the Office of Information Resources Management discussed concerns about her use of a personal email account in separate 2010 meetings. One of the employees stressed in one of the meetings that the information being transmitted needed to be preserved to satisfy federal records laws.
They were instructed by the director of the department "never to speak of the Secretary's personal email system again," according to the report.

THE REPORT: Clinton declined through her lawyer to be interviewed for the report. Four other secretaries of state participated: John Kerry, Madeleine Albright, Condoleezza Rice and Colin Powell. She now says: "everything I had to say was out there."
But she has said she will speak to the FBI as part of a separate criminal investigation into possible security breaches related to her private server.
In October, she testified about the issue before the House committee investigating the 2012 Benghazi attacks.
She desperately wanted to avoid sunlight:
“Let’s get separate address or device but I don’t want any risk of the personal being accessible,” Clinton wrote in a November 2010 email to Huma Abedin, a longtime aide and then-deputy chief of staff for operations.Despite protestations from the Clinton camp, comparisons to Colin Powell fall far short of the mark:
Investigators also concluded that former Secretary of State Colin Powell, who used a personal email as well, likewise did not follow record keeping laws. However, the report notes significant difference in their circumstances: During Powell's tenure, State's capacity to email people outside the department was limited. He said he needed it to reach people who didn't work at State. The IG also noted that he used email less frequently than Clinton and top technology officials were aware of his personal email use.Now the obama White House is fighting to keep Clinton from being deposed, making it appear they too have something to hide. State. Clinton's cavalier handling of classified material may also have compromised military operations. At least two State IT employees were told never to talk of her private server. Clinton refused a specially designed secure phone from the NSA and acknowledged the risk of using a private Blackberry phone.

She "lost" emails in the Kenneth Starr investigation of Whitewater, Travelgate and the Paul Jones affair.
She 'lost' some 900 FBI files that she should not have had in the first place.
Vince Foster's papers were irretreivably 'lost'.
She was unable to recall, under oath, anything of importance in the Congressional investigation of Whitewater and the Rose Law Firm.
She (and Bill) have constantly had to revise income tax statements, Clinton Foundation disclosure forms, etc. AFTER they have been caught lying on them.
She 'lost' emails relevant to Benghazi and the Clinton Global Initiatives Foundation, while she was Secretary of State. Such private emails were explicitly in violation of State Department rules, Obama administration policy and U.S. law.
Dead to rights? Hillary is the Zombie of rights. The unholy undead that just keeps coming.

Dear Hillary,
Since you want the public to be less confused, and are ready to talk to anyone, anytime, etc., there is good news! It is in your power to do the following, immediately and unilaterally:
1) Release Cheryl Mills from any obligations for maintaining attorney-client privilege, regarding anything, ever, to do with you.
2) Volunteer to be deposed by Judicial Watch in their FOIA case.
3) Schedule your interview with the FBI regarding the server, e-mails, Clinton Foundation corruption, and what you know about Bill’s sex crimes involving children below the legal age of consent and/or adults without their consent. Insist in talking under oath for an unlimited time period.
4) Issue a full, sworn, notarized confession with details and documents regarding your lifetime of criminal activity. It’s fine if you sell it as a multi-volume book deal. Just do it.

Well, maybe that's a bit extreme.
It is time to give the world a remarkable gift. Eliminate the US State Department. Just think of how many lives will be saved.

She is warning everyone who ever received an email from her. She sent them to the dot.gov emails and they returned emails to her personal server.
I’ve been wondering why no one asks Obama if he ever received an email from her private server. Apparently she’s already spilled the beans. As far as I’m concerned he, and everyone who ever emailed her, are just as guilty as she is.
Vince Foster’s sister has condemned Trump over his remarks about her brother. Oh, and by the way, she worked for the government in an appointed position under Clinton.
I would like to see a bit more conviction from the media in questioning her incremental excuses. I think one of minions on the talking head circuit now calls it mitigation. That all her crimes are mitigated because others do the same or worse.
This is the final iteration. She’s run out of lies. The FBI will recommend an indictment 5 days, give or take a few before the Democratic convention.
I think Comey has picked a date such that the administration cannot effectively interfer with, yet maximize public scrutiny because they know it will be squashed at the DOJ and State Department.
There's something going on in some of the most personal parts of her life that take her out of public view for days at a time...
