First Bombshell Surfaces about Trump U Judge!!
Young Conservatives ^ | 7 June 2016 | Andrew Mark Miller

Donald Trump got in a lot of trouble for criticizing the Mexican heritage of the judge that is presiding over the Trump University case.

It obviously wasn’t his best moment but the media is overlooking the connection between this judge and La Raza which is a radical leftist group that basically doesn’t believe in borders and violently attacks anyone that disagrees with them.

That is a huge factor in determining whether or not this judge can be fair in the case.

That’s exactly what we saw from them in San Jose over the weekend.

The unredacted documents doxed innocent people but I don’t believe the info had any material connection with Trump or the University.

I think Trump is pushing this for a purpose unrelated to the Trump U case.

His statement has caused a tremendous amount of visibility and the resulting sunlight has everyone responding “in the moment” - without tons of thought or carefully planned speeches. In this way, Trump is getting all of the illegal immigrant hucksters to show everyone exactly who these people are. Every stupid, emotional, thoughtless thing they say is ammo for him later.

This is a bit 'smelly':

While Judge Curiel initially ruled that the Post's motion to unseal the docs should be granted, he later said some documents were "mistakenly" released, and ordered them resealed and resubmitted with sections blacked out. At this time, it is unclear which documents the judge has attempted to claw back, and which sections will be obscured.

So The Post is looking for dirt ... the judge unseals then "oops!" ... too much info released & tried to put the toothpaste back in the tube.

I did read the article and understand LaRaza, did before I was enlightened by Human Events. What was missing was this judge's connection to them. Like any correspondence, any pics, emails, people who say he attended their meetings, that he gave money, etc? We can't be mudslinging hypocrites here like the liberals. When I see documentary proof this guy had that kind of connection then we can call that blog post "Bobmshell". This thread was based on hype and hyperbole.

From World Net daily and known hyperbolic bomb thrower Jerome Corsi..aka nutter Michael Savage's favorite guest.

The federal judge presiding over the Trump University class action lawsuit is a member of the San Diego La Raza Lawyers Association, a group that while not a branch of the National Council of La Raza, has ties to the controversial organization, which translates literally “The Race.”

So having similar names means you are just like that organization? Once again you operate with integrity and be consistent in logic or we are no better than the MCNBC corrputoids. No bombshell here, let's move on.

This info comes from another Freeper Ray76 who researched this. Looks like guilt by association:

San Diego La Raza Lawyers Association - http://sdlrla.com/for-the-community/

right sidebar: “National Counsel of La Raza”

- - -

La Raza list of affiliate organizations - http://www.nclr.org/affiliates/affiliates-by-region/california/

The La Raza affiliate in San Diego is Chicano Federation of San Diego County, Inc. - www.chicanofederation.org

Mr. Luis Osuna is a board member of Chicano Federation of San Diego - http://www.chicanofederation.org/board.aspx

Mr. Luis Osuna also is president of San Diego La Raza Lawyers Association - http://sdlrla.com/law-students/board-of-directors/

A La Raza S.D. board member is also president of S.D. La Raza Lawyers Assoc.

"I disagree, in fact it may be his best moment yet!"

Has Trump specifically mentioned the Judges potential bias, based on the La Raza association (or some other legit reason)? If so, then maybe its a good moment. However, if he only said the judge was potentially biased because he is hispanic, then I would say that was not his finest.

This case has been going on for several years with any number of supposed grievances against the judge. If Trump and his lawyers could transition that into concrete legal arguments and explain the merits of that case clearly he would have a stronger foundation. If not a lot of people are going to hear Mexican, racism, sore loser, all about him etc. and leave it at that.

I thought he was criticizing the judge’s membership in an anti-American racist group?

the judge could end all of this damage to judges by simply recusing himself.

At this point it would be valid to ask the judge to resign entirely.

See post#29. The young kid has LaRaza down packed but if you examine the info in the post you will see how it is possible or very highly likely that there is a definite NC of LaRaza influence in the Lawyers group.

I think Trump has a case, especially with recent events, but he needs to take legal action & quit bloviating about it. What I would like to see him do is every time the press brings up Trump U, tell them “My attorneys are handling the case .... now let’s talk about Laureate University and what that means in terms of Hillary’s fitness to be president!” Trump needs to turn the tables - what Hilly/Bill did was FAR worse than anything Trump has been accused of.

See: http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/bloggers/3437619/posts?page=36#36 (”Clinton for-profit education scandal dwarfs Trump U” part of the post).
