What decisions specifically has the judge handed down that are biased against Trump ? For instance Gingrich is saying the case should have been dismissed because the lead plaintiff dropped out. I can’t say if that is accurate not being a lawyer but although the lead plaintiff acts as a representative of the class there are still three lawsuits left so it doesn’t seem an automatic disqualification.
The La Raza lawyers group that this judge belongs to should be labeled a hate group. He cannot hold to the beliefs of this anti-American group and give an impartial hearing to Trump. Who appointed him?

I think Trump is pushing this for a purpose unrelated to the Trump U case.
His statement has caused a tremendous amount of visibility and the resulting sunlight has everyone responding “in the moment” - without tons of thought or carefully planned speeches. In this way, Trump is getting all of the illegal immigrant hucksters to show everyone exactly who these people are. Every stupid, emotional, thoughtless thing they say is ammo for him later.

The point that is being grasped for is that the Judge is connected to the non-defensible, racist, organization that gave lots of money to Bill Clinton for “speeches,” for Hillary’s campaign, and other vague causes.
“La Raza” means “The Race.”
Imagine a bunch of white guys forming a group called, “The Race,” and then having their group advance issues on behalf of whites, and then give scholarships only to whites.
Now imagine them having tax-free status and their OBVIOUS racially-prejudiced origins and purpose being ignored or glossed over by the media and press.
Yeah, I know, something like that can only exist while one’s eyelids are closed.
The simple fact is that this “judge” associates with a racially-biased group, which shares some common directors with the main, VERY racist, La Raza national organization. This guy does not have the proper demeanor to be a judge, let alone one presiding in a case brought against Donald Trump.
Bombshell or not, anyone in a few minutes can find this judge’s bio online, and it is immediately apparent that his entire legal/professional life has revolved around race/identity politics.

The problem now is what should trump do next? His Trump U case is a big distraction for voters who think he just cannot take personal criticism. He should go on to attack Hillary who is getting away scot free of her criminal behavior and there is plenty of fresh meat there for Trump.
The judge is biased and should have recused himself.
The judge belonging to any organization based on ethnicity brings his ethnicity and fairness into question whether it’s La Raza or not. One ethnic lawyer group he belongs to formally called for a boycott of all Trump properties last year.
