The lead plaintiff is the one who brought the case. If she dropped, which she did, then shouldn't they have to re-file? Only the lead plaintiff can object to a settlement in a class action. So, all others joining in this case against Trump university can no longer object to any settlement.

The bigger issue is that this judge unsealed a bunch of documents in this case and then, after a few days in the public, tried to re-seal documents because he screwed up.

Clearly, that injures the defendant, aka, Trump.

This judge has been very sloppy in this case.

The unredacted documents doxed innocent people but I don’t believe the info had any material connection with Trump or the University.
