Sorry. It’s not the fault of judges or Parliament. It’s just Canadians being Canadians. When you are godless multi-culturists, as they are in Canada, you can have no minimal standard beyond which you will not go. The US, having more recently adopted multiculturalism, is on the same path but a bit further back on the time line.

A similar decision could easily be reached in California or, say, Oregon, in the next year or so. It’s almost certain to happen during Hillary’s first term.

Hmm....if the law actually said penetration, then yes the court made the right decision on the bestiality charge.

Child pornography/child abuse is another story.
