Actually, a lot of liberals are now beginning to praise Hitler and National socialism. Its very popular among liberals in Europe especially in Germany, France, Italy and eastern European countries. The practice is starting to rev up here in America as well.

A friend of mine was at an antiwar rally in Portsmouth NH 10 years ago and a classmate of his who was a neo-nazi was handing out fliers claiming that the Jews instigated 9/11 and that the Iraq war was an Israeli military campaign using "goyim troops as fodder."

I saw the same thing at occupy wall street rallies. White supremacists were there egging on antisemitism, the porta-potties were covered in swastikas and Nazi propaganda and phone numbers for Jewish bankers and businessmen. One man even had a sign that said, "Achtung! Jew banks" So yes, liberals in America like in Europe are veering more toward the Hitlerite nationalist form of socialism and away from the red guard stalinist leninist forms.
