Ammunition may not be purchased *directly* through the mail. It could be purchased through the mail to be sent to an “ammunition dealer”.

Expect to see this and more in Hillary’s 2nd term.

Go Trump.

They forgot to mention it is unconstitutional. No ex post facto law, and that is what this is.

Item #4 says “sell” not “barter”...

Soon, only crooks and Federal agents will be able to afford ammo, using YOUR MONEY.

Firearm and ammunition manufactures should do a Barrett on CA. All of them at once.

No guns or ammo for any state agency, including police departments.

As I recall a few years ago another Cali ammo registration bill was signed into law but because it required the carriers who delivered online orders to act as gatekeepers, the whole bill was tossed as “unconstitutional”

Couldn't the recent abortion ruling be used as precedent to overturn this? Didn't the court rule against Texas because the law was “unduly burdensome”?

Looks like we might need to go into the hood to buy ammo

***Charlie Rangel (D-NY, currently involved in numerous scandals) was acting Speaker when it passed. He managed to amend the bill to include the 1986 ban on production of automatic firearms for sale to citizens under the Natinal Firearms Act.***

This was done as a “poison pill” to kill the bill. Thanks to the government stealing our rights with the 1968 GCL, gun owners in some states lost the “privilege” of owning new class-3 weapons, but regained the rights to buy RIFLES and AMMO over state lines again.
Again, at the negotiating table, we’ve got the guns and they have nothing to negotiate with unless they have stolen your rights as California has done.

The Indian tribes in California need to go into the gun and ammo selling business.

Just sell a box. And then on the way out the customer cam fill their box with the free bullets from the appropriate basket. No paperwork on the sale of a box...

If I had the money I’d open a store on the strip in Vegas and name it AmmoLand. It would sell nothing but ammo and ammo accessories.

Reason number 316 Why I’m glad I don’t live in CA. Had the opportunity once. So glad I turned it down.

Nulla materia sumptus, possum et ego operor.

... or ...

No matter the cost, I can, and so I do.

Should be the motto of all bureaucratic orginizations ... if they were honest.
