It used to be called Manic Depression, but people who truly have it are not prone to violence, according to my research. Throwing a fifty pound planter through a picture window sounds like psychopathic behavior to me. If someone tried this at my house, two .45 caliber bullets to the chest would be their just desserts and reward.

I find it annoying that there is always a “mitigating” factor when the perp belongs to a protected group. It is never their fault; they are never bad people. There is always some excuse.
But when it’s a cop, a white person, etc., then there is never an explanation or a reason. White people and cops just randomly with no provocation and for no reason (other than evil and racism) run around attacking non-violent, innocent, unarmed saintly choir boys who are minorities.
