Vanity --- Class Action Lawsuit?
13 Aug 2016 | LTC.Ret

I don't know nearly enough about the legal system, but wouldn't it be possible to form some kind of class action lawsuit against the Associated Press, maybe even the never-Trump movement, those who violated their oath to support the nominee, and a few others I would really like to lump in there, for their near-RICO efforts to thwart the will of the legitimate voters of the Republican Party??? They're way more than the proverbial "ham sandwich" . . .

Isn't there an attorney out there somewhere who would like to start rocking their world for the sake of preserving our Constitutional Republic???

I think the law states that a political figure cannot sue for slander or libel, why? I have no idea, but obviously it is putting this country - and probably the world - into a very dangerous situation. Think of this way: Obama set the stage for Iran. Hillary winning the election will seal the deal - Iran WILL get nuclear weapons and WILL use them via one of the many terror groups they support. So follow the result of all this - Media slanders and libels Trump on a daily basis - The majority of the population buys into it - Hillary wins the election - Hillary assists Iran obtain nuclear weapons, probably even sells it to them - A nuke goes off in Tel-Aviv - Israel responds - nuclear war breaks out - Armageddon and all because Lance faggot Liberal in New York city running the Daily lib news media wanted a woman for President because he has mommy issues.

All the law suits on earth won’t get Trump elected within 90 days.

Unless we get off our butts and get the real news/facts out on the street and confront this media where it lives, Trump loses. We should be in front of every alphabet network in every city, every day.

All MSM outlets pretty much have civil lawsuit immunity after New York Times v. Sullivan. Theoretically you can get around it by showi g actual malice, but it's virually impossible. The failed lawsuits against The National Enquirer show this.

Crowds in front of the White House make them laugh. Did you see the Tea Party rallies on the mall? And they accomplished what exactly??? Oh -— other than the IRS making sure the Tea Party got as much harassment as possible. The voters and their votes no longer count to the elites, aka “dictator wannabes” -— we are just there to keep working our hearts out and sending them as much of our earnings as they can possibly extract from us.

I think that Trump could sue for breach of contract because they other candidates swore to support the nominee -— BUT I don’t want to put Trump in any position that could make him look bad. They swore the oath to US, the voters, as well!!! They are harming US by violating their oath. It should COST them something tangible!!!

But a Trump admin could indict propagandists for “impersonating a journalist”. Fraudulently selling a product is a crime and “wire fraud” that crosses state lines even more so.

I agree, and am doing everything I can think of from here -— but that only works IF you can get a big enough microphone to be heard, and if they don’t cut your mic the minute you transgress their meme. They are still the gatekeepers of too much of “news” consumption.

Legal question: Is taking a verbal oath a binding contract under law?

Or do legally binding contracts have to be in writing?

Any lawyers out there...?

It’s politics, so such questions aren’t even serious. Why not class-action sue Bush 1 over “no new taxes”?

Wasn’t there a published story recently where some reporters actually said that these times call for the press to throw out objectivity to manipulate the outcome of the election??? By their own published words!!! Then there is the Sheryl Attkinson story witnessing reporters being told to destroy Trump. It is so obvious to so many people -— res ipsa loquitur!!! Someone wrote recently that the press had jumped the shark this time -— LET’S FEED THEM THAT SHARK!!!

Politicians should NOT now or ever be exempt from the laws that affect all the “little people” -— it is insane for a free people to allow an elite that lives above the law!!!

Not that he would, but IF Reince Prebus on behalf of the RNC were to sue those who violated the oath to the RNC -— maybe just maybe it would change the perception of the never-Trump folks in enough minds to do some good. Silence allows evil a voice to be heard unchallenged!!!

In Texas a verbal agreement is binding. I once had a client who had a verbal agreement to share the lottery if they ever won. They won and so did my client when he went to court.

Same thing would apply to Twitter, same thing would apply to Twitter, Facebook, and other social media sites that have been censoring posted publications when they did not fit the Democrats viewpoint

These are also public companies so this involves the securities exchange commission, the Federal Trade Commission, and Federal election commission. You could be viewed as unpaid advertising on the half of Hillary Clinton.
