I guess it’s a good news/bad news story. Despite the determination of the president to never deport an illegal alien, since they’re all prospective Democrat voters, there are still some people in the Department of Homeland Security who take their jobs seriously and issue hundreds of thousands of deportation orders each year. That’s the good news.
The bad news? Even if Obama doesn’t stop them from doing their jobs, apparently there are plenty of federal judges who will. Some excellent reporting from FoxNews.com shows that over the past who years, more than 200,000 would-be deportations were halted by judges after DHS had issued the orders:
The problem began when we allowed for legal representation of illegals that continues to clog the Immigration Courts (who release them until their day in court). There are countless examples of Mexico and USA Immigration Attorneys promoting their so-called rights and especially instructing them to say, “I’m a political refugee”. From what?
When will the Congress, who has the Constitutional authority, reign in these communist judges?
The traitorous ways of those with authority spans far and wide.
Just wait until Rudy is given all the latitude he needs to set things right by President Trump.
Were they just temporary halts? Were the deportations overturned and on what basis?
If a lawyer goes before a judge and claims my client is a citizen, we would want the judge to hold up the deportation until a review of facts occurs, right?
They should be made to have each one as a house guest.
Never: the Judges are fully in line with the Congress's will. The Iran-deal (Treason) proved that the Congress holds the ultimate ill-will toward the people, the NSA's domestic espionage, the ATF, the IRS's political targeting, and the refusal to prosecute their obviously corrupt peers (eg Hillary) paint a pretty convincing picture to me.

This is misleading. These are not Article III judges. These are “immigration judges” who are being ordered to rule in certain ways by their superiors in the justice department.
Thank God we have the Republicans in Charge of Both Houses of CONgress, they have the POWER to REVERSE the order of the Judge from the INFERIOR court, or Remove him from the Bench.

Aw come on, Speaker Ryan spent a Lot of time helping the President secure the Funds to pay Tribute to Iran. Hell he most likely signed the withdrawl slip personally.
And it amazes me to hear people say we've got to keep the Republicans in power to help Trump
advocating keeping him in… if seems absolutely absurd to me.
