“If he wins NH, (OH, FL) then it’s a TIE, 269-269. What happens then?”

If that happens, then it’s kicked over to the House and they vote.

What’s with the Confederate Flag?

That graphic was probably made by a democrat or BLM’er trying to imply Trump is a racist.

Trouble is, it will take more than a slight edge to overcome the vote fraud being planned. Some may call me a a pessimist. How about realist?

Also, I really don’t think he’s behind by 7 points in Pennsylvania, either. It’s either tied there, or he’s a little ahead.

As a note, the Hillary campaign is sending BOTH Joe Biden AND Tim Kaine to march in Pittsburgh’s Labor Day parade on Monday! Running scared???? In Pennsylvania??? When they lead the state by 7.3%???

Or perhaps the lead isn’t real.

Trump is trailing in Pennsylvania in faked polls that RCP is dumb enough to keep using polls from pollsters that have been proved to be crooked CBS and NBC particularly.

I think a tie would be decided by the new House of Representatives.

The Electoral Votes are not officially opened and counted until January.

The earlier one.

It's the new Cingress since the old term ends and new term begins on January 3rd. From the National Archives website:

"The Congress is scheduled to meet in joint session in the House of Representatives on January 6, 2017 to conduct the official tally of electoral votes. The Vice President, as President of the Senate, is the presiding officer. Two tellers are appointed to open, present and record the votes of the States in alphabetical order. The President of the Senate announces the results of the vote and declares which persons, if any, have been elected President and Vice President of the United States. The results are entered into the official journals of the House and Senate. The President of the Senate then calls for objections to be made. If any objections are registered, they must be submitted in writing and be signed by at least one member of the House and Senate. The House and Senate would withdraw to their respective chambers to consider the merits of any objections according the procedure set out under 3 U.S.C. section 15."

The polls were very wrong on Brexit, so it’s possible. I do think there’s a hidden Trump vote. Probably around three points is my best guess.

I hear you. PA is a tough nut to crack for the GOP. I lived there for four years, and it seems like they always pull out whatever they need out of Philly.

Just yesterday on Drudge it was reported that Hillary is at 39% so that is a very good sign, but yes, every effort is going to need to be made to keep Hillary out of the White House.

My worst fear is voter fraud.
What can be done about that- if anything?

The House of Representatives elects Trump, and the Senate elects the VP. If the Republicans hold the Senate majority, they’ll elect Pence. If it’s a tie or a Democrat win, the Democrats (plus, I think, Joe Biden) will elect Keane as VP.

The reason the House will elect Trump is that the House votes one vote per state delegation in the vote for POTUS, rather than one congressman, one vote. And even if the Democrats were to win a majority of representatives in the House, they would not control 25 state delegations, because

  1. Republicans do well in the low-population states, and

  2. Republicans have a natural gerrymander advantage because of the Democrat concentration/dominance of the inner cities. Consequently, in the House delegations the Republicans punch above their statewide popular vote weight.
There may be some NeverTrumpers among the House Republicans - but I seriously doubt that there are enough of them who feel so strongly about it that they are willing to face their constituents after having elected Hillary Clinton after Trump has won 269 EV. Probably not enough of them to swing a single state delegation. In the scenario that Trump wins 269 EV the Republicans probably don’t get blown out in the House, anyway.

Thanks, I thought it might go to the house, but was unsure and didn’t know about the senate electing the VP.

Interesting.

Not sure you can do anything other than pass requirements for voter ID, but ridiculous Democratic judges keep finding them unconstitutional.
