These morons do realize that the oil flows through the pipe right.....it isn’t an irrigation canal. It’s an above ground pipe.

It threatens them by going around reservation land instead of through them and thus requiring payola for eternity.
This has always been about the failure to pay protection money to the tribal powers. The useful idiots just line up to do their masters bidding and have no effing clue.

I have a friend who works for the Feds in Minerals, Mines and Resources. He pays out the royalty checks, a lot of which go to Indians.
None of them turn down the royalty checks. They do bitch when the price goes down however.
