What about this other article on FR just a few moments ago? Same length different person. Are we getting something started here?
I am wondering what the heck is going on here myself...
Whatever the other article was, I didn't happen to open it.
When I go online or read a paper (rare any more), I just want the basic info, as brief as possible.
If I want to read a book or something else in depth, I shut off the computer and read a book.
I found many years ago, if you want folks to read something in a paper or online, keep it short, which is very hard.
When I write something, usually it is way too long at first.
Then I start editing. What paragraphs, words or phrases can I shorten or get rid of and still get my point across?
That's the hard part.
