0.218 bac???! Holy smokes!

A few decades ago, as young teen, I worked a summer job at the local police station and court house - cutting grass, mopping floors, etc.. Being a smaller town, we had the occasional burglary suspect in jail, but 95% of people brought in at night were for DWI. I could furtively check their BAC, names, etc..written in a book, during part of my rounds. The majority were men - who usually blew around 0.1-0.15. Fewer were women, but they were always 0.2 or higher. One gal even hit a 0.35 BAC. I couldn't imagine how she was even able to walk to her car.
