Who gives a flying fig what terrifies that air-headed high school dropout?

Like all frontier gold rush areas, there is an element of terror involved.

The history channel is breathlessly promoting Leo’s “blockbuster” documentary this week (presented without commercial interruptions, so as not to deter anyone with a short attention span).

“Catch Me If You Can” was his best fake (er acting) job because it reflected his personal credibility. Maroon!

I don’t know about terrifying unless we are talking about investors. Oil sands oil extraction is terribly expensive and not profitable at current oil prices. In addition the EROEI is not sustainable in the long run were we to have to rely to this means to obtain energy.

Only good scene he was in was at the end of Titanic when he sunk to the bottom of the ocean, every guy in the theater cheered.

And just what does his 450 yacht run on? Carbon-free whale blubber.
Sailing along while he indulges in Spotted Owl wings and tuna-safe dolphin hors d'oeuvres.

It’s a Mine.
It’s SUPPOSED to look like that.
The rest of the 99.99999% of the earth does not look like that.
We don’t need 100% of the Earth to look ‘pristine’ if we are ever going to have industry.

I'd wager that, not only did he fly, but he flew in his fuel guzzling private jet. Hypocrite.
