I have a distant relative posting this on fakebook. He eats, sleeps and breathes the internet so he’s very likely to have heard about the wikileaks. With everything that has come out about dems AND reps he cannot be that gullible.
It is deliberate misinformation.
Some of my relatives were connected with the Clintons back in the day and they are still die hard supporters.
They don’t want to see or don’t care.
I sometimes wonder if they have personally benefited from their association in the form of building contracts and that is why they support the Clintons. They are extremely wealthy.

Of course, Hitler blamed the enemies of the state, the Jews and the Communists.
