Bah! I’m all for impeaching a Justice (a punishment that’s never used loses it’s effect).
Political pressure is nothing to Roberts, or any Justice.
Obamacare IS a tax.
I am hoping Roberts becomes what Bush thought he was a fairly conservative justice if he is NOT being blackmailed by the Obama administration, if we find out he has been blackmailed he should be asked to step down!!!
Obama and ilk argued to all of us when passing it it was not a tax.
In front of scotus Kagan (kegel) said it was a tax and that is why they could do it.

For THIS, and for rewriting the law which scotus does not have the power to do, he ought to be impeached and removed, if he doesnt step down when asked to resign.
I would also demand Kagan to resign for not recusing herself from ruling on obamacare after lying about it in front of scotus for the obama admin. If she does not, impeach and remove her too.
