If New Yorkers are trying to make a case for ignoring them, they’re doing a great job. Tonight theater-goers were treated to a night of booing and free style political rants at the highly acclaimed play, “Hamilton”. Vice President-elect Mike Pence was in attendance which apparently triggered the cast and crew.
Some of the audience cheered while others loudly booed when he arrived, according to reports from people in attendance. But the show-stopper, literally, was the statement the cast read to him after the performance (and apparently after he already left the room.)
After social media lit up with stories from the event, Hamilton, the Musical sent out this tweet:

Liberalism is on stage.
Entertainment has real value, and I enjoy quality live entertainment. However, I am boycotting Broadway (and Hollywood) with the rare exception of those movies/plays that explicitly include positive values. Destructive entertainment, which is most of what comes from today’s acting community, has no positive value.
I suspect “Hamilton” will be closing in a few weeks. It’s out-of-town theater-goers who keep Broadway viable. This arrogant display of presumed moral superiority doesn’t play in Peoria.

Everytime I think that New York can’t get any worse, it sinks to a new, lower level.
This makes me sad. Pence,nor his voters in the audience, deserved that. I hope the see a decline in sales.

Pretty disgusting that the msm has caused and perpetrated such fear and loathing that the cast felt the need to address VP elect Pence during the play. High schoolers talking assassination. WTH? I place the blame on the msm, the clinton campaign and the lyin’ king and his admin for all of this divisiveness.
What a disgrace, especially at the end of the show when the cast had some words with Pence. IMO, cancel any tickets you may have purchased and boycott the show. From FOX this morning, Pence had to pay $700.00 to see the show. Also when a cast search was issued they essentially posted ‘No Whites Need Apply’. This was supposed to be entertainment no place for politics.
A little off topic, but I forgot all about redstate. I’m not aware of any remarks from the sniveling prick Erik Erikson since the election. He was one of the most vehement #nevertrumpers out there. You mad bro?
