Well, in this particular excerpt it’s used to imply that any conservative who doesn’t hold or express white supremist views is somehow cuckolded.
It’s actually an insult coined by leftist liberals who think EVERYTHING has to come down to their twisted view of sexuality.
Basically, an ultimate wimp, a sellout, a two-faced cowardly type, usually self-serving. The opposite of “a standup guy not afraid to tell the truth as he sees it.” Modern, more insulting version of “RINO”, favored by people under 30, as far as I can see.
The theories in posts 13 and 15 are incorrect. The explanation in post 35 is the most accurate. Younger conservatives use the term to show contempt for conservatives-in-name-only. You see it a lot on Reddit's Trump pages. I do not believe that liberals invented the term, but rather that conservatives invented it to show contempt for people such as McCain or Graham who betray conservative values or positions while feeling entitled to the votes of conservatives.
