Let's not criminalize everything. Alleging a political opponent of a Logan Act violation shows you're not a serious observer of current events. Kind of reminds me of when Democrats cried "Logan Act" at something Trump had done.
Look I just said it to be saying it. It was not meant to be a serious statement.
Anyway its hard to treat the Logan Act seriously, to my knowledge no one has ever been prosecuted for violating it.
My view if you have a law enforce it or repeal it!
It may soon violate the compacts clause in the Constitution.
