Capitol idea! Add Illinois and New York to the list and Washington and Oregon. Those states think they know what is best for all the rest of us so it is about time we turned the tide and gave them some of their own medicine.

A neighbor worked in State Government, and told me that San Bernardino County had the highest number of people collecting government checks, in CA. The reason is because it was the first county people landed in when they crossed the state line looking to get on the dole, and usually where their car broke down, after the long trip, from wherever they came from :(
