It's the cult of Islam that needs to be wiped out. There are many good and decent people who simply have been caught up in its evil. Of course a great many will never abandon it, but many will - once the blinders are removed - same as happened when the world came together to defeat Nazism.
And like I said, we have our own evil in the west that must be dealt with as well, such as abortion, the spreading of homosexuality worldwide, and etc.
I see a correlation in scripture between the spread of Islam and the west turning its collect back on the Almighty:
I will turn the world’s wrongdoings back on itself.
