What an optimistic speech! I remember hearing it live. In October 2016 we had no idea that DJT would win the presidency (good) nor that he would be hounded by a special prosecutor (bad). He just carries on with his positive agenda for the nation’s people, “all the people” as he said in the speech. Imagine what he could have accomplished by now if the House and the Senate worked with him.
And maybe you’ll recall Dana Bash of CNN started to interview him right after the speech and asked an insulting question right off the top.
Trump stopped the interview right there. Here he had given his soul into an epic speech and CNN could not give him a break.
