Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor says she doesn’t expect a radical change in the current makeup of the Supreme Court over the next several years, even after the nomination of Neil Gorsuch by Donald Trump.
Well I guess Sotomayor is going to be surprised.
I firmly believe that President Trump will get at least one more justice for the court. If you think the left are crazy now, that would totally unhinge them.
Not just getting justices - getting the Scalia replacement is great because you can put in another young Scalia but it doesn’t change the balance. Changing Kennedy to a hard core white nationalist would be great and give some advantage. It’s when one of the libs goes down, that’s when it gets interesting. Will he have the stones to replace a lib with a hard core conservative?
