As a State issue...can’t say it’s all bad. If that is what the folks in CA want, OK. The real problem is, like the water ‘crisis’, once their utopian single payer system goes belly-up (if enacted), Gov Moonbeam or his socialist successor(s) will cry to DC for a friggin’ bailout by the rest of us.

If CA wants single payer and wants to cover every creature within their tainted borders, FINE.
Just leave the rest of us the hell out of your folly.
They ought to vote that in....and then secede. It would be like playing Russian roulette with a single shot pistol.

And every Californian has to pay for it. Set up monitoring for those 1 per enters leaving the state.
