...I think Rush Limbaugh was one of the first to point it out, that The Patriot Act had been written years before by a guy named Joe Biden and had been sitting in some desk drawer somewhere just waiting for the opportunity to enacted.

Shame some enterprising GOP Senator didn't do the same for an Obamacare repeal law.

They couldn’t even pull up their latest attempt again and run it through; knowing they would have to live up to their promises and actually DO what they said they’d do.

Govt can never be allowed to REDUCE itself, you see. Thinking there was any ‘opposition’ was the fallacy.
