If you have a ministry and a church you are automatically tax exempt. This book shows you how to cut through the road blocks and simply claim it
The Communist-George Soros Democrats running the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) have managed to bully churches into becoming partners with them by the creation of the 501c3 (Not-for-Profit) status. This action pushed churches to incorporate themselves as franchises of the United States in order to avoid taxes they never owed in the first place. Dont forget that last sentence.
According to an informative book; Things You Need to Know about Non-profits-Making Sense of Non-Profit Status, by Carleton C. Booker, a ministry and a church are automatically tax exempt. Indeed, this was established from the very beginning of the U.S. since churches with their charitable work took a heavy burden away from the government by providing services so needed by so many.
Leftists have always looked upon churches as businesses not ministries. They are unable to see beyond their cynical biases and personal bigotry.
Accepting government “largess’ hobbles Churches from speaking and doing everything their religion tells them they should say and do - get rid of those tax breaks and Religious Freedom exists w/o the strings.
Remember this applies to anything that calls itself a religion and says “god” a lot. This includes the middle eastern death cult.
"Churches that meet the requirements of IRC Section 501(c)(3) are automatically considered tax exempt and are not required to apply for and obtain recognition of tax-exempt status from the IRS."
Churches have _no_ business asking government for 501c3 status. Period. Permission for special status makes them a legal fiction child of government. They are for YHVH, only.

Why do you think so many people become a ‘reverend’?
Churches have _no_ business asking government for 501c3 status.
There is a big difference between tax exempt and mandatory exception. Veratious is correct. The church has no business applying for 501(c)(3) status.
