The Prime Minister is calling a snap election to strengthen her hand in negotiations with the EU. She only has a 17 seat majority. A larger majority will give her maneuvering room without having placate an obstinate back bencher.
Labour has accepted Brexit, it’s a done deal and cannot be stopped.
Only the Liberal Democrats are going to run on a Remain platform, they may pick up 10 seats, if they are lucky.
