it may not have been the PTSD that caused them to commit crimes...
they may have done so even if they had not joined the military...
what kind of “infractions” were they ???
most veteran sufferers of PTSD do not commit crimes ...
PTSD does not effect a person’s moral aptitude...
they may act strange but usually not criminally minded...
