Sure hope that includes the training camps/compounds where they have isolated themselves from communities here in the US. If anything is being done to shut those down, it’s certainly been kept quiet. Islamberg for example:

Most of the cells consist of 2 or 3 killers and most of their meetings occur in mosques, which can’t be wiretapped. The mosque members provide the funding.
