They are borrowing the very successful strategy used by environmentalists to cripple industry in this country - spend money like drunken sailors to create delays using the court system. Even if they lose, they win as they keep stringing one temporary court delay in implementation after another until the other side runs out of money to fight them.
In this case, they are just trying to run the clock until the next election by delaying the implementation of Trump’s policies using the courts. They will keep doing it over and over and over again. Some pissant judge from Hawaii or Washington or Oregon or California will make another ruling here in a week or so. And then another and another - even after the Supreme Court rules, they will come up with a different angle and run that through. This is how the Left destroys and takes over - by losing over and over and over until nothing can happen and then they win by default.
It is all about not being afraid to address what is both relevant and easily verified.
